average daily inmate population of approximately 14,000
individuals |

(DDC) currently manages a design and construction
portfolio of over $4.6 billion of the City's capital
construction projects. Projects range from streets,
highways, sewers and water mains to public safety,
health and human service facilities, as well as cultural

the Department delivers quality, cost-effective projects
